"I had to have a surgical procedure performed at a location in Knoxville for day surgery. I have no family in the area and all friends were either unavailable or on vacation. I needed to have someone drive me there, stay during the procedure and drive me home. I called CAB and asked if they provided personnel for that sort of service and they said that they most certainly did. Jessica was assigned to me. She arrived right on time, took me to the front door of the facility so that I would not have to walk from the parking lot. She met me inside and sat with me while I waited to be called back to pre-op. She stayed the whole time (about 3 hours). She met me at the door of the surgical discharge area and drove me safely home. She was not only professional, but delightful to be with. I felt safe and secure with her. I cannot recommend CAB highly enough."
