"I'm not going to lie. The place is a ship wreck. The fountain area is always a disaster zone. Sticky mess out of cups. Donut case could use more than one wipe down. Floors could use a sweeping. Even just spot sweeps. The coolers need stocked better. There's being out of items then there is just too lazy to touch anything. Not to mention the employees are extremely rude. The manager is one of them. Employees lounge on the back counter chit chatting or on their phones. Ignoring lines. Leaving it on one person. There's a girl that has kinda long brown hair wears glasses. She couldn't look up from her cell phone texting away. Happened multiple times. Manager standing there like nothing's happening. Pretty sure weigels has a phone policy. Especially while being at the register. Not to mention they roll their eyes at people, Huff and puff when they get upset with customers. Their nightly stock guy is great. Always working. The one during the day needs to be retrained on stock. Let's be honest a good handful of them need retrained. Definitely disappointing. Especially after working there myself and know the potential it once had and could have again."

"7/14/23 - For the past few months now, this gas station has the best gas prices in Tennessee. But now that I leave this review, it's likely gonna step up to the same price range as the rest of em around here. I've gained so much weight from the scrumptious donuts & milk this place is famous for. The café & other snacks are a little pricy compared to Dollar General or Family Dollar, but fair. The interior & restrooms have been top notch in cleanliness and stock. The staff has been friendly and quick to serve."

"During these turbulent times many speak of rude treatment by workers in public stores but I wish to praise a cashier at Weigels in Jacksboro,Heidi Housley, c beautiful, kind n cashier there literally made my day. Earlier that day my bank card payment was declined because someone had attempted to use my account. I had returned home, rolled up some quarters, returned to Weigels with the money and attempted to get enough gas to get to my bank in Knoxville to get another bank card. When I handed Heidi the roll of quarters she said, “just a minute.”she walked back to a room in the back, got her own bank card,. came back to the register, paid the $10.00 with her own money, and refused to take my roll of quarters. I couldn’t believe it. What an amazing young lady. This kind,, thoughtful act amazed me. We often hear how young people are so rude and unkind, but this sweet. Beautiful girl took her own money and paid my bill.Weigel’s is lucky to have such a kind, thoughtful. worker, and she deserves a raise for this random of kindness. She changed my life that day by going out of her way to help me. She made me want to pass her kindness on. I’ve always said that Weigel’s hS the best milk in tow and I can now say that they have the best worker in town. What an angel! Anne L McGhee"

"Never had a problem out of the gas, price always better than surrounding competitors, best ice for fountain drinks also,and they also have best prices. Got good pizza and other quick snacks , and best for last is their milk, I love it.."
