"Worst bank in the US next to Bank America. They charge a huge percentage to cash a check at there bank from there bank if you don't have a account with them. If your bank needs to verify funds with regions they wont verify it at all not even over the phone. It's for reasons like this I would never open a account with them. Go elsewhere and save yourself some money"
"Worst regions branch ever. Regions sent out email to bring your change in and regions would take it, sort it and credit your account. This branch did not have a bag to put it in and no paperwork to fill out. Two years ago tried to wire transfer money to another account. They acted like I was robbing there bank and never could get the wire transfer to go through, kept leaving off a zero. Went to branch on Valleyview. Transfer done in 15 minutes. Awful place"
