"Update, waited 45 minutes to order a sub and by the time I got to the counter they said they are out of lettuce and chicken so kicked rocks…7 pm and only worries about going home….this place blows Solid organic selections, hard to find your way around, everyone is staring up at the signs trying to figure things out. A lot more pricey than Kroger, $10 for kcups, $6 for a bag of chips, $6 for cereal….very pricey Update, got rotten strawberries and also bought bacon because it was on sale and it rang up at the standard price. Went to customer service and they said nothing they can do without receipt even though my debit card shows $300 per week on groceries…wasn’t a great service experience"
"Massive Publix compared to other locations. Very clean and friendly. I couldn't go ten steps in without someone greeting me and asking if I needed help. I love the bakery ladies who helped me with a cake."
"Extremely disappointed with the quality of this deli and customer service. Picked up a 20 piece box of hot and spicy non-breaded chicken wings and was given 9 fried wing tips and 14 drums and flats. When I called to ask if this was a mistake the manager of the deli stated that it wasn’t and the wing tips count as actual chicken wings. In what world?! Won’t be purchasing again."
"If I could give zero stars I would. I went to the store to get New England clam chowder after waiting all week to get the soup. When I got it, I was enjoying it at home until I found a strange object inside of the soup. I went back to the store to talk to customer service and all they said they could do for me was talk to the cook. Nothing else. I am disappointed to say the least with my soup AND the customer service experience. The first lady to help me looked at me as if I put it there and lied. That's incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I do not recommend giving your business to this location, especially if you enjoy your food free of unidentified objects. ps we got our money back"
"The very best store in the area. Everything is fresh and beautiful. The employees are friendly and helpful. We learned today that there is a quiet area upstairs for customers to sit and eat. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the prices. Although the fresh produce is well worth it!!!"
