"I had a small climate controlled unit for a little over 2 years. The entire place (climate controlled and non-climate controlled) is clean and easy to access. Although I never went at night they do Cameras and automatic gate for 24 hour access. I just emptied my unit yesterday (on a Friday afternoon), no notification that I was leaving as I was planning to just stop by the office when I was done. Well the office was closed by the time I finished so I was planning to stop in Saturday morning. Here is the shocking/amazing part… I just got a call from Donna at Westside. She said on their daily walkthrough they noticed my unit was not locked and when they opened it they saw it was cleaned out. I informed her that I was vacating it and was planning to stop by the office today. Donna said no problem and noted that my payment for the upcoming month had been processed the day before and if they had known I was leaving would have stopped the charge. However, she said no problem… since I had already cleared it out they would reverse the charge and to please watch for it on my CC. They had already checked and it was clean so no need for me to do anything else. So daily grounds checks and literally an immediate call that day if there appears to be some problem and super easy customer service for the closure and reversing the charge which I’m sure by contract they did not have to do. Next level care/service for a storage unit facility. I had looked at 2 others before deciding on Westside and I’m certain Westside was the right choice."
