Our two new cabins, Bufflehead and Osprey, offer stunning views of the river and mountains, making it the perfect destination for a fishing getaway. With snow-capped peaks in the winter, the South Holston River provides excellent fishing year-round. The South Holston River is known for its abundance of trout, with over 8,500 trout per mile. Brown trout are wild and plentiful, while rainbow trout are stocked annually. Whether you prefer wade fishing or guided float trips, our partnership with the South Holston River Company ensures an unforgettable fishing experience.

Little Oak Campground is a picturesque retreat located at 1051 Little Oak Road in Bristol, Tennessee, United States. Nestled along the shores of South Holston Lake, this campground offers a tranquil setting with stunning views of the surrounding Holston Mountain ridgeline and lake islands. The campground features 69 universally accessible campsites, complete with warm showers and paved access roads. Currently, the Lone Pine and Big Oak loops are open for visitors, while the Hemlock and Poplar loops are scheduled to open on April 29th. Campground hosts are available on-site to assist with any questions or needs.
