"We stayed here two nights and have nothing but good things to say. Cute log cabin style home and immaculately clean. A true Bed and Breakfast experience. We had to leave early to hit the road and Anita and George still made sure to have banana bread and to-go coffee cups ready. Great accommodation and awesome hospitality. The driveway is steep, nothing unmanageable, just good to be aware of."

"Stayed here with my boyfriend September 2022. We had the 1st floor room with the nice jacuzzi bath tub. The house was immaculately clean and beautiful wrap around porch. The driveway up to the house is scary-steep and you have to hope nobody is coming from the other direction. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit as an appetizer and then a nice meal (I think one morning it was pancakes and bacon, the other morning was an egg casserole thing with cinnamon roll). George and Anita are kinda old fashioned and only do reservations by calling and you pay on your last day right when you’re checking out. My bf and I (21) got the impression we were the youngest guests they had ever had in a while. The first morning we were the only guests there so we had breakfasts by ourselves and the hosts sat with us. George and Anita definitely took some warming up but they were really nice and friendly hosts. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast because we had a great experience!!"

"The nicest Bed And Breakfast we have ever stayed at and the nicest owners. Beautiful log home high up on a ridge about ten miles outside Gatlinburg. It is quiet, peaceful and has a wonderful view of the mountains. The decor is beautiful and really comfortable. The breakfasts are a gourmet treat and the evening snack is always wonderful. If you stay once, you will have to come back!"

"Just spent a couple days at this B&B, and loved it. The log house is really neat and set with a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. Our room was very comfortable and felt like home. George and Anita are the nicest people and made us feel like old friends. We will be visiting again as soon as we can."

"My wife and I just returned from the Quail Ridge Inn for our anniversary celebration. We cannot say enough good things about this B&B! Absolutely wonderful. The innkeepers, Anita & George were quite possibly the nicest and most gracious couple we have ever met. Our breakfast was prepared for us each morning with absolute perfection in appearance and delicious beyond words! Our room was immaculate as was the entire lodge along with the breathtaking scenery of Mt. Le Conte and surroundings. What an amazing and truly blessed visit we had. The lodge was easy to find...not too far from Gatlinburg and worth every mile driven. Anita offered us so much help with her knowledge of the area and all her recommendations.....so hospitable. She also serves up some very tasty cookies, cake, and fudge! My wife and I felt so comfortable there, like we were at our very own home away from home. So, without a doubt, we highly recommend the Quail Ridge Inn B&B!"
