"This place is one of the worst campgrounds we have stay at…!!!! Would not recommend anybody to stay there with small children.. and they are very unclear to what you can have at your camping spot.. very little camping sites. Very little showers this place is NOT Handicap equipped at all.."

"Unclear about what you’re allowed to actually have at your campsite. Apparently there’s a 1 tent per site rule that they waited to inform us on until we were at the site and 90% set up. Claimed the health inspector would have a problem with a teardrop camper and two tents on the same site. They proceeded to make me and another person who slept in small tents purchase a whole other site for the weekend. Cost us another $300 for our weekend. I think it was just a cash grab since we were coming in for a bike rally. Good luck getting wood from the campground after 6 if you didn’t manage to get any at the stores in town. Seems to be a common trend of not being able to actually get ahold of anyone in charge. Camp sites were smaller but clean and toilets and showers were clean and nice. Townsend is a nice little town and the people are friendly but not this place. Personally I’d stay away from this camp site unless you’re planning on parking an old trailer on the lot for permanent residence. They let them have whatever they want on the site then."

"Camp sites were small. Electric was sketch. It kept cutting in and out. The facilities were well maintained. It was very difficult to reach any staff. The parking regulations were very unclear and enforced at will. They advertised free wifi but we were never given information to access the wifi."
