"I had to have a tooth pulled, and Robertson Dental made it so easy. Never in my life have I went into the dentist, had a procedure done, and got out in under 30 minutes. The lady who took my X-rays, I believe her name is Dreama, was so kind and answered all my questions. Patient care is a 10/10 here."

"Poor quality work and rude office manager. After 11 fillings they did a crown and it didn't have a good bite so Dr. Robertson grinded it down to a stump to make it fit. When I complained to them in a letter that it didn't feel like a tooth, they sent a letter back that they were withdrawing from care as my dentist. They also left a fractured tooth in my mouth with no explanation. In the picture, A is the crown and B is the fractured tooth that they never mentioned after all of that work. The office manager was also rude with me because they were aware that my dental policy maxed out and continued to let me have work done, so now I'm stuck with a huge bill."

"Dr. Robertson is AMAZING!!! This is was my first visit to him today and I have never seen a dentist who made me feel as comfortable as he did. He explained all my options and made sure I felt NO PAIN...including I didn’t even feel the needle. If you want a good dentist in the Elizabethton area don’t think twice about making an appointment. "I despise going to the dentist. Mainly because it's a terrifying experience for me. Ever since I started going to Robertson Dental 4 years ago my fear has subsided. Dentists don't have the best reputation because it can be scary. The first time I went there I met Sire Pinkerton, their certified therapy dog and he was just amazing. Put me right at ease. I went in for a cleaning and met Mark Robertson. Unfortunately, he had to tell me I had a lot of work that needed to be done. (This was my fault, neglect, less than stellar flossing, and the fact I hadn't been to a dentist in over 5 years at the time.) He set up a plan with me and advised the most critical points in my plan that needed attention first. Mark asked what I wanted to do first and how I wanted to proceed. I was in for at least 15-20 fillings, 3 root canals, 2 extractions and if I'm not mistaken 4 crowns. He explained to me my insurance would only cover up to a certain amount each year and my dental needs would cost upwards of $6K. So he recommended that we handle my teeth in sections. I'm still going to him and still working on my dental plan. Mark has always made sure I was taken care of when I came in. During an extraction I got dry-socket, again, my own fault lol at day 3 I thought it would be okay to drink from a straw, it was not okay. He made sure to write me out the rest of the week for work and helped me treat the dry-socket with clove oil. I feel confident in my smile now because of this office. They make you feel at home and are always quick to get you in and courteous with your needs. I have never and probably never will 'enjoy' going to the dentist, but going to Mark Robertson has made the experience a whole lot better. For that, I'm grateful and will never see a different dentist."
