Jennifer Drabowicz is a mental health and wellness practitioner located at 4646 Poplar Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee. Specializing in trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, and dissociation, Jennifer offers individual therapy from a person-centered, holistic, and spiritual perspective. Her approach includes elements of EMDR, hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and inner child/shadow work. With a master's degree in Community Agency Counseling and a doctoral degree in Counselor Education, Jennifer is a licensed professional counselor with mental health service provider designation in Tennessee. In addition to her counseling practice, Jennifer is a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga Teacher and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. She is trained in EMDR and certified in Heart-Centered Clinical Hypnotherapy. Jennifer believes in incorporating spirituality into treatment for a more fulfilling experience and offers both in-person and virtual appointments. Our mission is to provide a place of hope and healing for those struggling with mental, behavioral, emotional, and spiritual challenges. With one in five veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan experiencing major depression or PTSD, and one in four exhibiting symptoms of substance abuse disorder, our program offers a unique approach to therapy. Situated on 22 acres of rolling pastures, our ranch features a 15 stall barn, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, and a peaceful picnic area. Through Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP), clients engage in ground activities with horses that promote leadership skills, confidence, trust, responsibility, and teamwork. This innovative form of therapy creates a safe environment for women, children, and soldiers with PTSD to rebuild trust and confidence while feeling supported.
