"i wouldn’t waste my time here if you are planning to come for esthetics. i wasted my time and money coming here for a semester where we didn’t learn anything and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. people complained multiple times to the people higher up at the school about learning nothing and nothing changed. i also bought the kit and i didn’t receive half of the items i paid for."

As soon as i joined the class the girls warned me that we do nothing which we did not m. we sat in clsss everyday on our phones, our teacher barely interacted with the class, and was rude. We complained several times to the higher up about what was going on and they did NOTHING . One student called her out on her behavior and she began to be rude to everybody"

"TCAT Murfreesboro is attempting to scam students into paying for and attending an unannounced and unnecessary trimester of school ( four extra months). I am a currently enrolled student at TCAT Murfreesboro in the electrical and plumbing technologies program. From the beginning of my time at the school I have been told that the program would be 12 months long. The official website states that the program is 12 months in length and Student Services has told me the program is 12 months in length. The school is now claiming that the program is 16 months in length because of a mistake that they made on their website. Additionally, the school requested for an extra trimester of financial aid without informing us students until it was to late to cancel it, meaning any student using financial aid will be forced to pay for and attend this final trimester or be forced to pay back financial aid. The cherry atop this pile of trash is the completely incompetent Student Services and the school president Patrick Wade. They have both apparently lied to me and every other student about the true length of the program, our instructor didn't even know. The schools Student Services have been nothing but a nuisance, every interaction with them has been unpleasant. I do not recommend anyone go to TCAT Murfreesboro they do not care about students or teachers, only how much money they can make off of them."

"This program is absolute hell. Was led to believe you can obtain a plumbing and electrical cert, and was a self paced program where you could graduate early. The school waited until they were paid before telling us that actually it’s one or the other. Also the website had mentioned it was a year program but come to find out it’s 16 month program. When asked about it President Wade of Tcat Murfreesboro somehow expects prospective students to figure out it’s not a 12 month course because you can’t fit the hours into 12 months for the night class. President Wade is all talk and no work. He loves to show face and talk to us but there’s no action behind his words. Supposedly they’re “working” on fixing the website but they’ve been working on that for months now for a simple fix and still taking students money without informing them prior to them starting the program. Not to mention he allowed a HVAC Class to be ran without a qualified instructor present. The amount of fraud at this school is obscene."

"Love this school! I’m in the Electrical and Plumbing course. The “self learning” aspect was no problem at all. From labs to book work, they give you the time to study, and if you have questions Jason and Kyle are always there! Everyone learns different and if you’re independent and motivated(as you should be) this course should launch you into a very successful career path."
