"The manager was rude and very very unprofessional, to a piece of clothing there was nothing wrong with it just put it in with the rest of my clothing it was returned with two stains in it informed the manager that it was a Christmas gift and had only been worn once she said she found that hard to believe. I would not let these people clean the clothes my dog wears."
"Zero stars. After being told items would be cleaned and ready for pick up by 5 on Monday, multiple people picking up at the same time were told items weren't ready. The excuse for this was because they can't estimate weekend drop offs. Now, I am guessing by late Friday you should have an idea of how much you have to do over the weekend and when to promise people they can pick up their dry cleaning. Some have professional clothing that must be dry cleaned. The customer service at time of pick up was evasive and rude. If the items are recovered, they won't be going back to this cleaner ever."
"Do not use. I asked for clean and pressed, no starch. I should have checked my clothes before I left. Every item I sent in looks like this."
