"i live here & over all , love it . except for the management & the roaches & the rats . I've went round and round with corporate about their poor management here . I was here 3 months almost exactly with me and my boyfriend 4 months old and 18 months old . our rent was due Saturday, ( keep on mind on Dec 30th I would've been here 3 months which means I would've got a free week ) one week before that , the day before Christmas Eve I had to work and I don't normally , my boyfriend forgot to pay them rent I mean that happens , I called at 2:30 completely and willing to.take.full responsibility & pay q late feee the staff never once called.my phine ti tell me tbat she was checkikg me out bc I was 2 gours late on rent that i couksbt check bqck in ubtilk the off8ce opened monday morning which was Christmas dayb. it's my babies first Christmas I was beside myself I was crying and asking if their was anything I could pay .5hiw is where I live I didn't have any where else to go so I was gonna have to pay for a room.at another he itwl till then which means I was gonna be flat clbroke whicb was fine this was my mistake so.i asked her if thier wouls be any late feea on the count rhat i work at subway and have 2.kids i barkey haf tbe rebt as it was and it was chriatmas . she told me no late fees and that it would be the same price as when I lived in which was $385 I ask if I need to get my stuff since she checked me out she said no she wasntonna check me back in on Monday so.dont worry about it . ( I thought this was her being curtiosy) when I arrived Monday morning with 450$ she tells.me it will be 531$ how ??? she couldn't explain , she said that there was a fe for storing my things that she didn't inform me off , which was 15$ a day She said so I then AGAIN asked her what it would be in 2 more days when I got paid oddly enough still the same price , which 15$ a day still didn't add up to the price . , when I go back she tells me that it's was a 30$ a storage fee still didn't make sense so I made her print out my fees it was a 97$ a day fee ! which she had no idea about couldn't inform me of and if she would love informed.me of the correct price none of this madness would've happened . I went to coorperate bc I feel like we're getting done wrong that mthat yes I made a mistake.but the management couldn't do their job & of the had some compassion and the correct knowledge all of this could've been avoider I contacted the regional manager , who tells me her emplyeeals arwle all properly traibed on thehotelpolilies , and that she woukd wave thr late fees but tbat i would atill have tk oay 475$ ??? bc now I have to pay a deposit that I never did before ! it's almost 2 weeks after we got kicked out that we got back into our room , due to having to pay for a place to stay every night in between . I should've never been charged to store.my things of I wasn't informed of the fees and it was offered to me and I directly asked the manager not once but twice how much my rent would be on 2 different occasions. I love this place and locations, but feel as if we've been done completely wrong , was never late on rent before .. I was about to have a free week the next week for all the taxes I've paid this since and they couldn't do anything ket me pay anything to get back into.my room.inchritmad and evven then couldnt twlk.me the correct orize. bc of this my whole.world got turned upside down and my kids Christmas was ruined my kids Christmas, andsrt me back fina ially , put strain on our whole.family . I'm still here bc you know as well as I know life is hard sometimes & were all just out here making it . it's good location for my job and my kids , I just wish THIS PLACE HAD COMMPASSION AND CARED ABOUT THIER REAODENTS MORE THAN THIER EMPLOYEES ANDBAME I've giving up trying to do anything about it bc all they did was way ' late fees ' and added 100$ toto my rent & I can't afford for them to do something like that again . so I just thought I'd put this out there so it doesn't happen to some one else family ."

"Stayed for four months very recently when I moved back to the south. Rooms were surprisingly very nice, staff was great, maintenance was super quick to respond the one time I needed him (forgot my card at midnight lol) and Ms. Sam was the sweetest and most accommodating type of person you could possibly rent from, and she keeps the place nice, quiet and safe. Highly recommended if you're needing something quick."
