Jairin, Calvin, and James are quick to answer to my maintenance needs! I feel genuinely cared for at this community! The resident events are also amazing!"

The maintenance staff here are also great, most of my maintenance issues, which have all been minor because the apartments are so well-kept, have been resolved the same day I put in the request. The smart home features are also great, I couldn't imagine going back to anything else now!"

"I’m glad I found this tucked away hidden gem on Edmonson Pike. Before moving here eight months ago, I lived in an apartment complex on the same road less than a mile away. What a difference! I was searching for an affordable, spacious, one-bedroom apartment with wood-style flooring and up-to-date appliances. Emily - a member of the leasing staff - helped me find just that. And I love it! What was important for me was being able to see an actual apartment before signing, versus just a model apartment; I’ve had issues with that in the past. Once I saw the apartment, though, I was ready to sign! MAA even installed a brand new shower/tub and replaced the kitchen countertops. And I’m not sure how I survived for over 30 years without smart devices (locks, thermostat), but I no longer want to live without them haha! Just outside of Nippers Corner, this hilltop gated community is conveniently located, very peaceful, and safe. It’s common to see neighbors roaming around with their families and pets because you just kinda wanna be outside. The complex comes with a pool, fitness center, a clubhouse with computers and printers, dog park, tennis court, and laundry facility (for those without washers and dryers in their apartments). There’s even a wooded area with a big gazebo, grills, and a fountain where the Canadian geese love to hang. Everything is considerably clean and kept up. My favorite part of living here is the monthly community events held in the clubhouse; we have a ton of fun haha! I’ve befriended more people here in a few months than I ever did in the three years at my old apartment. The property manager Tiniki, who is just the sweetest, really takes care of us. Honestly, all of the office staff (Tiniki, Emily, Nicole, Billy) and maintenance crew (James, Jairin, etc) do. They’re professional and address all concerns with heed, but also down to Earth and approachable for a chat. So, if you’re looking for an affordable modern apartment in a cozy Nashville neighborhood, this is the place for you!"
