"Horrible experience that started when I walked in the door. Understaffed I arrived 30 minutes early as instructed but wasn’t checked in until after my appointment time. Front desk employee was short and unpleasant to deal with. The front doors were propped open creating an unsafe feel. I’ll never dawn the doors of any of their facilities again. This was my 2nd encounter and my last!"
"Let me first lead with a thank you to Amanda for her efforts to help. However, the overall experience for the last two weeks has been one, as both a patient & a provider, that has left a very poor impression - total disorganization & a total lack of IT support/management. There are multiple locations in multiple cities in TN & Ga for this imaging company. When an order is faxed from a provider, as I was informed, it does not automatically go to the location where the patient is being sent; it may go to any one of the various locations. The same holds true with a phone call; I called the phone number for a specific facility but the call was answered by someone at a completely different location. To add to the confusion & frustration, their "system has been down for 3 weeks". As of today, it is "partially back up & working". Orders for the past three weeks have not been being received & as of today still are not being received in totality. IF an order has been received no one can locate the order because it's possibly at a different one of the multiple facilities OR "it's in someone's hand somewhere & can't be put into the system since it's down". Additionally, mammogram result letters aren't being sent to patients because of the "system being down". The waiting game causes anxiety for a patient until she has a clear reading & if the mammogram is abnormal the result is a delay in care. Frustrating, ridiculous, & an interruption to care are very mild ways of describing an experience that has been, at best & of no fault of the employees like dealing with Keystone Cops. I would suggest that Chattanooga Imaging either install a new system or get better IT support as three weeks downtime is not acceptable. A review of workflow might also be beneficial as phone calls, faxes, & orders swirling throughout locations that are not the target recipient is less than optimal."
"Find another imaging center unless you are willing to deliver your own images. Make sure you get a physical copy of your images because they cannot digitally share files in any sort of timely manner. They have been unable to share my records with my doctor. I am going to have to drive my own records to Knoxville after waiting almost a week to get images sent. I am being told it is technical difficulties but their job is to share your medical images which they have been unable/unwilling to do. Over the phone you will be told you are wrong when you suggest they did not do their jobs. I will make sure I never visit another office associated with Chattanooga imaging. On top of these issues, my 2nd visit, the appointment was triple booked. I arrived the 30 minutes prior like requested but was not seen until an hour after my appointment time. I highly suggest you find another practice for any imaging/testing needs."
"My specialist sent in a referral on 6/2 and I had to call 6/7 for an update. They had never reached out to me to set up appointment. Now I have to wait until 6/12 since I'd like my imaging to go through my insurance. Absolute ridiculous turnaround time."
"I am severely claustrophobic and said I would never get in an MRI again. 2 years later in excruciating pain and have to have 1, was scheduled for open MRI but Tara explained that it takes 3 times as long to do so I decided to try the reg one again because my pain is so bad its hard to be still. She wasnt trying to talk me out of open 1, just explaining which Im grateful she did. She made it such an easy, pleasant experience that I didnt panic at all; no breaking out in sweat or freaking out wanting out. I was so relieved I cried when I left. 100% recommend and wont ever go anywhere else and I drove 3 hour roundtrip and will happily do so again!"
