Welcome to the Prairie Fossil Museum, a unique and intimate experience for dinosaur enthusiasts of all ages! Located at 10350 Yellow Pine Lane, Knoxville, Tennessee, our museum offers free admission for groups of up to ten people, making it an ideal destination for families, home school groups, co-op educators, clubs, hobbyists, and anyone with a passion for paleontology. Our small private collection is thoughtfully curated to provide an immersive display of fossils from various epochs, including the Carboniferous, Jurassic, Cretaceous, Oligocene, and Miocene periods. Each visit is guided by Dick Wills, a seasoned Dinosaur Hunter, offering a personal presentation and the opportunity for close-up examination of our exhibits. As a special treat, every child will receive a small piece of real dinosaur bone as a memorable souvenir!
