Monell's At the Manor is a historic institution located at 1400 Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville, Tennessee. This restaurant offers traditional Southern cuisine, with their famous Skillet Fried Chicken served every day of the year. The building, known as Colemere Mansion, was originally built in 1898 by Colonel E.W. Cole, a former Confederate officer. The mansion has a rich history, hosting many distinguished guests and extravagant social events. After being destroyed by fire in 1929, a new mansion was built in the Southern Colonial style, inspired by Arlington Mansion in Natchez, Mississippi.
