"I didn’t end up leasing here, I went somewhere just a little more affordable that is right down the road but I will say that the property was beautiful, the leasing agent that showed me around- Kelsey- was incredibly sweet and patient. I felt welcomed and heard throughout the tour process. All of my questions were answered and I was given everything I needed to take home and look over it! Can’t speak highly enough of Kelsey!"

"I lived at The Grove Whitworth for one year while I attended Vanderbilt. I loved my experience from the time I toured with the leasing agent. The property is impeccable, very nice, clean and pretty with the flowers. There’s multiple pools that are very well kept. I loved the gyms. The maintenance staff are very polite and quickly respond to requests. The property is very safe and gated. I recommend this property to all fellow Vandy students as it is only a 5 minute drive from campus. I loved my time at the Grove."

"My spouse and I have loved our three years living at The Grove while I completed a graduate program at Vanderbilt. The apartment itself is well-designed with ample storage, high-quality appliances, etc. We rarely hear noise from other units due to good construction and respectful neighbors. The amenities are excellent and well-maintained -- we particularly took advantage of the pools and grilling stations! The whole staff is lovely and quick to respond to inquiries. However, the truly standout aspect of this complex compared to other renting experiences is the maintenance staff, which is incredibly prompt, efficient, and respectful. We've never waited more than 1 business day for a repair, and they do not flinch when something needs to be replaced. Though there are certainly cheaper apartments in Nashville, for us the proximity to VU and the quality of tenant services has made it feel worth the price. Thank you Grove team!"

"I love the Grove! Sadly, I have to move because I needed a lower cost apartment. However, the grove has been nothing but wonderful. I never had a problem with noise, bugs, or rude staff. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. All the maintenance is always kept up and the team is kind and respectful. I always felt safe and comfortable at the grove, from coming home at night, getting my mail, going to the pool, or the office. The amenities are amazing, and the apartments are up to date and super nice. The location is perfect as well very close to everything, yet still in a relaxing and calm community. I love the grove and I highly recommend it! Hopefully I will be able to return to the grove in the future, I am sad to leave but I had nothing but a great experience here! :)"

"I've lived at the Grove for two years and I love it! It has the perfect location, very close to Vanderbilt (10 min bike ride), West End, 440, Green Hills. The neighborhood is very cozy and quiet, the landscapes are beautiful and nicely kept. The staff is very friendly, helpfully and responsive; Anita is awesome! My apartment is very spacious and has tons of natural light. The amenities (pool, gym, recycling center, cycle hubs, club house, business center) are great and well maintained. They offer fitness classes, free coffee and they often organize community events. I highly recommend this place!"
