"Looked run down, needs to be brought up to date. Old windows, doors & paint plus flooring, list goes on and on. Not to mention concrete block walls wth no insulation or drywall for interior. This causes all kinds of mold and health issues, I've been in construction and remodeling & insurance repair for 30 yrs and combined with my other co. Owners we have collectively 300 plus yrs experience. This place need to up date/ upgrade b4 the place is Not worth the dirt it sits on. I was looking for a cheap aprt. For a friend and there no way I could refer a friend here if I would like to grow old with them, sinus, allergies, face discharge, respiratory problems, and on and on, goodluck and find somewhere else, can't put a price on your health."

"Was going to wait to leave a review when we got a deposit, but that's apparently never going to happen because this place is happy to lie through their teeth about "deposits being in the mail" for months. We lived here for two years. The only good thing is the proximity to the city. There are car break ins, no monitoring of parking- good luck finding a spot during a titans game. People park and jump the fence. You'll have mold issues due to old windows and no central air or heat. The concrete walls trap the heat so you have excessive moisture on your windows which will eventually grow on your belongings. Inconsistent management that tries to buy your silence with gift cards. Happy to show you the non disclosure doc we were asked to sign when all our mold issues came to a head. We were offered a $200 visa gift card in exchange for signing something that basically said we would never act on these issues, would never say anything, and regardless of present or future health issues, wouldn't hold them responsible. Obviously we didn't sign this... We now live in the envision cayce mixed housing which I would highly recommend. If you wouldn't mind living near the projects at fatherland flats, why not live near the projects in a nice development that actually responds to issues. Happy to answer any questions about this place."

"I love this property. I was the first person to live here and it’s spectacular. I know all of the residents and they are very friendly. The location is close to downtown, Germantown, and all the greatest places that East Nashville has to offer. Matt, the manager, is amazing, professional, and is always available when I need assistance. I would 10/10 recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live!"

"I have lived here for several years and I love it. The place is great, the upkeep on the property is excellent, and Matt McCoy, the manager, is a real pro; he's friendly and easy to work with and quick to respond to any concern. Recently my apartment needed something replaced, and I was impressed with how quickly he communicated with the maintenance team and the item was ordered and replaced literally within one business day. Then just about a week ago, I lost my mailbox key, and once again, within a day there was a new one in my hands. All of the residents that I speak with from time to time are happy as well; I plan to be here for a long time."
