"I absolutely love living here! The location is great but management is even better. They’re always quick to address maintenance issues which is a huge win. Management also puts together some type of “food event” each month. We’ve had a Mac&Cheese truck, cookie truck, make-to-order pizza truck, hot chocolate bar, breakfast bar, and more (that’s just the last 3-4 months) Not to mention, they’re all local owned businesses and who doesn’t love to support the community! Last but certainly not least, it’s safe which was really important for me as a young woman. #DownWithTheChown"

"We have lived here for 2 years already and just signed our lease for another year. The apartments have so much room. The staff is amazing. Anytime we have a problem they fix it very quickly. One of our favorite things is the monthly food truck for resident appreciation. Plus its a great location. I would definitely suggest looking at Chowning Square."

The apartment was elegant and far more excellent than any housing I had during medical training and for ten years after medical training. The beauty of the complex brings joy to the soul.
