"Terrible customer service. I have been working with this group for almost 5 years now. It has always been difficult to reach them, but until the past few weeks I didn't need to contact them anyways. However, I bought a new car recently and it took me several days of calling, texting, and emailing to get an updated policy. I questioned why my homeowners insurance doubled too, but no one got back with me. Then my auto insurance doubled with my new vehicle (I went from a sports car to an SUV). When I attempted to contact them regarding this and to cancel my policy they wouldn't respond. Had to go through the actual insurance company to get this accomplished. Good luck to anyone who attempts to use their services."
