"I had an 11:00 appointment to have the oil changed in the car I bought new at this dealership. When I arrived, they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. An appointment just means you’re on the list. They told me they had lease cars from the factory they were servicing before my car. If you aren’t going to honor appointments, don’t make them. This experience made it clear they do not value my business. I am now looking for someone else to service my car."

"The service department is the best part of this location. Consistent great service every time. I have nothing but good things to say! Their busy for a reason and it’s worth the wait. I had to have service done on my vehicle and both David and Grant went out of their way to help me. I had an important meeting I had to attend virtually and my vehicle wasn’t going to be done in time, they made sure I had the space, privacy and tools I needed to get my meeting completed. I was stressed but they made sure I didn’t have to be. This is the only place I will bring my vehicle to be serviced."

"To start off, I’ve only had experience with the Service Department. That said though, my experience has been wonderful every time! When I pulled up into the Service Tunnel, there was someone there to greet me and point me in the right direction. My service advisor, Nicole, was friendly and knowledgeable. She quickly got me squared away. While my car was getting repaired, I hung out in the waiting room. The space was clean and spacious. Once the initial inspection was completed, my service advisor was very transparent with me about the waiting time and total cost. In addition, she took the time to break down what every repair meant. My car wasn’t going to be ready for another 3 hours. Seeing how I lived far from the dealership, I stayed in the waiting room and took full advantage of the complimentary WiFi and espresso machine. At one point, my stomach was growling, and Chris from the Service team gladly shuttled me to a nearby restaurant for a bite. When my car was ready, Nicole worked with me to ensure the total cost was well within my budget. There’s a reason why I keep coming back to Boro Nissan for my car repairs over the last 2 years -They simply overdeliver."
