"Had never had an issue with this location until today. I tried to return something to exchange for something else I needed. I didn't have my receipt in hand so I told the guy I have a rewards account and asked him if he could pull it up that way. He put in my number and very rudely said that it was not a valid number. I opened my app and showed him that it is the number on my account. I actually was able to pull up my receipt using the app and he said there was nothing he could do until his manager arrived at 11 30. He could not exchange what I needed because he didn't know how to do it. What type of establishment doesn't have a manager on duty at all times and why are they hiring people that are rude and obviously don't want to work. Every guy I've ever dealt with before had been super friendly but this guy was the least helpful person I have encountered here. We probably have spent thousands of dollars at this location since we moved here in August. I guess I'll just start going to another parts store."

Eric went above and beyond to not only help us figure out what the problem was but he also took the time to put the part on for us! He was such a tremendous blessing to 3 ladies who had no idea what they were doing. So thankful for the customer service Eric provided and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!
