"The workers in Knoxville are very nice but I’ve been trying to get my title to a truck I paid off two months ago and no one can seem to give us an answer where it is. Blame just keeps getting passed around. Called several times and emails and still nothing. Gonna try one more time this Friday before I consult with a lawyer. This is ridiculous and unprofessional and I will never get another loan through them."

"Horrible customer service. Called local office to get a payoff amount for a camper I had financed the lady I spoke to was hateful, then called back to member services and that wasnt any better. After she verified that I could pay my loan off over the phone, she then said that I wouldnt be able too. Then hatefully said that is several $12.50 charges! Was extremely huffy over the phone for no reason. I wish i would have read other reviews before listening to the dealership and going with them. So glad to be paying off my loan and not dealing with this bank anymore. Seriously, it doesnt cost anything to be nice. Go elsewhere!"
