"Two months ago I purchased a notary kit sold to me by Alexandra Bush. Alexandra informed me it would take up to 7-10 business days to receive my notary kit, and that I would receive tracking information. I was very satisfied with the service she provided and looked forward to revive my notary kit. Unfortunately 3 weeks go by and I still hadn’t received my notary kit. I contacted Alexandra to find out what the delay was and she could not give me a clear answer. She blamed the manufacturer and stated that they had a bunch of unfulfilled orders. What’s even more disturbing is that customers who placed their order before me still had not received their orders. Alexandra was aware of this information, yet failed to disclose it at the time of my purchase. She even failed to reach out to me on the status of my order and I had to follow up with her on several occasions. I then asked Alexandra to be refunded. She made it seem as if it was a complicated procedure and she needed to verify with her accounting team if it could even be done. After a few phone calls back and forth she told me that my refund was being processed and it would take a few days to hit my account. This was 3 weeks ago! Today I called my bank and they told me that there was no refund processing on my account. They were kind enough to help me file a dispute for this fraudulent transaction. I’m so disappointed in their service and the lack of sympathy I received. When I called Alexandra and asked her why she told me that the they processed a refund when that was not true she could not give me a clear answer. Stay away from this company and their horrible service! Their quick to take your money in exchange for bad service!!!!"

"They issued me a commercial policy which was approximately $900 a month I found a comparable policy that was just as good for $300 a month. Their customer service was poor and they rarely got back to you in a timely manner. I would not recommend this company."
