"We were there later in the evening on Tuesday. It was not busy at all, with the prices of food you would assume it was good. It was mediocre at best, but the drinks were delicious. There were literally 2 other tables with guests, however our food still came out wrong. Our waitress was good, and tried to make it an enjoyable evening, I commend her for that. The other staff were far less concerned about anyone but themselves and the fun they were having. I understand when there is down time you chat and have fun, but when all of the condiments on the tables are empty or low and you are standing goofing off and yelling with your buddies it is less than professional. Would we go again, most likely not. There are not a lot of items on the menu to select from, and it is expensive for what you get."

"we had chicken & waffles and mac n cheese, the food was a large portion and the chicken wasn't dry + our meals were served very quickly after ordering. im not understanding the negativity in these reviews! although I don't know anything about Jason Alden or country music so maybe it's just upset fans expecting more out of the place. Plus our waiter was nice."

"The food was really good and the service was fast. They were fairly busy and still got food out quickly. My only complaint was that my salad came out with the meal, not before. The ribs were really good and tinder and well seasoned. Sirloin with bourbon glaze was also awesome. Mashed potatoes were fresh and great. The atmosphere is outstanding. There are two bars. One on the restaurant level and one on the roof. We are and then headed up to the roof where live music was playing. Staff was great and service was fast. Definitely give them a try if in Gatlinburg. The store on the bottom level was disappointing. It did not carry any items from Jason Aldean. Would have liked to seen some tour shirts and hats or something, but none are available."

"Absolutely amazing. We were not expecting this place to be so good, especially for having such a small menu. Almost everything in the menu was great. I had Jason's Mac and Cheese and would highly reccomed it to others. The only bad thing that my table ordered was the beer chicken, as it had no real seasoning to it. Our server, Trey, was absolutely amazing. Incredibly kind and patient with my party. It's definitely a place to stop if you are passing by and ask for Trey if you do!"

"Loved the atmosphere! Our waitress was great! The food was amazing, but one of our brisket sandwiches was cold, literally like out of a refrigerator(was corrected). My daughters Mac n cheese was also cold, and so were our green beans. Besides the cold food, everything tastes amazing. Some of the other foods we got were the beer chicken, the roast, and the salmon. Oh, and the 7 layer cake was AMAZING!"
