"Trace Bikes has a great staff and top notch service! They did a excellent job resurrecting a couple old bikes for me. I also got a new mountain bike. I ordered exactly what I wanted and they had it ready for me in a couple days. When I picked up the new bike they spent time to take me through the bike's features which are much more advance than my old bike. The experience made getting my new bike as much fun as it was getting a new bike when I was a kid."

"Great store to find just the bike for you! I drove an hour to get an Electra cruiser bike from this store and was very happy with the process. Ordered the bike and it was ready within 4 days. They explained the warranty and that adjustments were free the first year of ownership. Very happy with the staff and my new bike!!"

"Scott helped me in selecting and buying the kind of bike I wanted. I was 74 years old when I bought my Electra cruiser with seven gears. He helped with accessories and installed them. The staff at Trace Bikes has done a good job each year of giving my bike a complete inspection. Yesterday I picked up my bike after the inspection. I had 2,200 miles on it. I rode 32 miles today. It was delightful. The weather was ideal. They installed new batteries in the speedometer, properly inflated the tires, and inspected everything on it.
