"I’ve been going there since the store first opened and being a very loyal customer. Even though the wife’s name even though everybody call her by her husband name but anyway I go there to purchase some beauty supplies and I noticed she is letting a lady try on multiple wigs when in fact when I come to purchase a way she tells me that I can only try on one week to see if I like it so I’m thinking since The lady and I are two different races is the reason why I am only able to try it on just one. When I brought this to her attention I was told you have a nice day so in other words she’s telling me bye. Until she changes her ways it’s gonna be a no for me they built more than one beauty supply store in this town and surrounding cities. I’ve noticed same product bigger price tags"

"She’s very helpful and sweet but she charges TWICE the amount I would normally pay ANYWHERE else. I guess it’s understandable when your basically the only beauty supply store in Cleveland. Next time I’ll drive to Chattanooga.."
"She had what I needed, which was important. Very pushy when it comes to a sale. Seems like she means well, but I don't feel good about it. Almost felt like I was being bullied into a sale. This place is definitely a last minute resort before driving to Chattanooga."
