"Paying a loan for my mother. I called on 11 Jan 24 to make a payment and ask what I needed to do to make a principle only payment. I was told that the loan was front loaded with the Fees and Interest and (which have already been paid by my mother) and that the next payment will be completely applied to principal. I was LIED to. I just called to make a Feb payment and the lady who answered the phone told me only a tiny percent of my Feb payment will go towards principal. I told her that was not what was told to me on 11 Jan 24 and I could have paid extra on principal had I known that to be the case. 300 dollars went to this PREDATORY LOAN's interest/fees and the payment did NOT make a dent in the principal. The lady who answered the phone was not helpful at all I asked to speak to a supervisor and she gave me the 1-888-titlemax number. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. I called back asking who I was speaking to and she rudely said "Didn't I just say my name when I answered the phone?" I called the 1-888 number and receive a call back from the Lamar Office which was a hang up. They will lie to get as many interest/fee payments they can. The unprofessionalism at this location is UNREAL."
