"Today I had the amazing opportunity to file my taxes with Ms.Emma Ambrose , I only had a 45 minute break, I ran there in a hurry she had someone she was working with c the first thing I thought , “I’m gonna be here forever” , due to early going to a different location waiting an hour and the tax prep person never showed. , I waited MAYBE 5 minutes, she had me in there held conversation the WHOLE time in and out a total of 36 minutes and made it back to work ON TIME ! I’ve been Jackson Hewitt 9 years and this is BY FAR the best experience!"
