"Completely floored with the degrading & condescending tone used when asking for necklace pendants! We were looking for a memorial charm to add to our necklaces. It’s jeep week in the Smokey mountains & We have one for every jeep destination we’ve traveled, Jackson hole.. Yellowstone.. Estes park.. San Antonio.. etc. I was told to find a “CHEAP store.” I mistakenly went in “the finest jewelry store in pigeon forge.” Sterling silver is not cheap! I hope sell all of your “$3000 pendants”."

"My wife and I found this shop on our trip this year. They have an incredible selection of beautiful gem and crystals the Red Jasper was some of the best I have ever seen outside of a gem book. The Tigers Eye they had in a basket on the counter that you could make your own necklaces were top quality and only 8 dollars I couldn't believe it. I very nearly ask them if they know how much the should be charging for them it was that good. Love this shop."
