"Heather is absolutely amazing! We’ve stayed several times an she’s always went above an beyond for us! On the other hand there’s ED who is a total jerk an treated me like I was a problem! He has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen! I am giving the 1 star for ED"
"We stayed here ( and paid the extra money) in December with the intention of allowing my two-year-old and my seven-year-old to get in the pool. The water was so cold that it would have made them sick. The pool is a waste of space and it is deceptive to customers. should easily be 10 to 15° warmer and whenever I reported this to the front desk, the manager told me that he would ask the maintenance team to look at it as though it is always nice and warm. That leads me to believe that corporate is not allowing them to heat the pool sufficiently . The room was nice and the breakfast and the hotel were nice."
"Five stars as the hotel met all my expectations and needs. Not that it is a five star hotel but served me just fine. No problems. Pleased with my room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and considerate. Parking was easy and lighted. Breakfast was simple but with a wide variety for what I wanted. Pricing was a bit high, not a bargain. Location was just right for my travels. I would stay here again."
"Great stay, but the beds left the lot to be desired. That's no fault of this hotel, it's the same everywhere, probably. I woke up, and my back was in pain from sleeping on the beds. But I don't count that against them. It was a clean, welcoming place when we needed to stop. The customer service was top notch, and the free breakfast was great."
"I really liked this hotel the pool was nice and the jacuzzi was pretty hot. The rooms looked nice and clean. The fridge was really cold. The beds were very comfortable and they had soft pillows."
