“Liz, Steve and the team at Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital cared for my beautiful dog Crayon for the last 12 years. He sadly passed from cancer recently, but the beautiful care he received over the years was muchly appreciated by us. They helped with chronic bronchitis, the removal of mast cell tumours and frequent nail clippings from which Crayon had to be sedated. He was a funny dog with a strong personality and could be aggressive - but he was handled with compassion and a smile. Thank you so much for all the years of care - it is greatly appreciated.”

“The staff at SASH are wonderful. Our beloved Ruby was being taken care of by Dr Courtney Ludwig for an autoimmune disease and was doing very well. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago, Ruby presented with kidney failure and was admitted to hospital. She received the best care and treatment any pet owner could want. Not only was she treated with superior professional knowledge, but she was also, above all, treated with dignity and love. During Ruby's stay in hospital, I was kept informed regularly of her condition and advised accordingly. All the vets, nurses and administration staff were always mindful of our feelings and the whole process of euthanizing Ruby was carried out with dignity and respect. We were able to spend as much time as we wished with her before she passed away. Thank you to everyone at SASH for taking care of our Ruby when she needed it most.”

Pharmacy items cheaper than other store-based "click-and-collect" together with inter-state delivery within a few days. The order was required to be in excess of $100 for free shipping, but items 30% cheaper than the "orange/ white / blue" competitors. Chemist Direct will be my first price check on-line, every time.”

“I have two mini lop rabbits Chiko and Moshu. Dr. Natalia Otvaski has been my most preferred Vet to take care of these two lovely rabbits since they were 6 weeks old. Besides the desex operation and regular check ups, Chiko (being born with megacolon condition) had a couple of emergencies which could be fatal. Dr Natalia admitted Chiko even after hours as she put her patient first. Chiko is lucky to be Dr Natalia's patient and until today, she enjoys a quality life because of Dr. Nat's great care.
