“From the minute we arrived we were treated like VIPS, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were marble and very nice. The pool and spa were great to kill time between outings. The buffet breakfast is a must- they had absouelty everything. Thank you for 5 star service with a smile.”

“Friendly reception, ample parking space. New, clean and big bedrooms. Nearby to a McDonald's for convenient bite. Only downside it is a bit far from the highway. Otherwise it will be perfect”

“Could not fault Travelodge Hurstville. Staff were wonderful, our room was immaculately clean and very quiet and the location perfect. So many cafes, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We’ll have no hesitation in returning. Thank you!”

“Just an amazing room & service. My only gripe is the minibar. For how much the room I booked is, I would think that anything non alcoholic or edibles should be complimentary. I paid $6 for a small block chocolate that is barely $2 in the supermarket. Other equivalent priced hotels or even lower offer free minibar. Just my thoughts.”

“I went for a function for senior legacy ladies. The staff were very attentive and helpful, they couldn't do enough for the ladies. The food was delicious and we'll presented. The room was lovely set out. Plenty of parking and wheelchair and walker friendly. A very good venue. Thank you Holiday inn”

“Friendly helpful check in staff, received 2 x drink vouchers! Room was very clean, modern and comfortable with a large tv that had YouTube and Netflix, loved the convenience of having bar/gaming and restaurant downstairs. Great place to stay for a quick stop over!!”

“This hotel was in a great location, had superb service and was truly a comfortable stay. All interactions with staff were positive! We stayed on the 29th floor. The atmosphere of the room was relaxing and the building itself was quite beautiful. Shopping is just around the corner and the tram stop is just outside the hotel, which makes it super convenient to get to Chinatown or Circular Quay. We also walked to Circular Quay, which was an easy 7-minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay and will visit again.”

“Great 3 night stay! Super friendly and informative staff. We were upgraded to a room with a view to the opera house and access to the executive lounge. The room is a little tight for 3 people but clean. Housekeeping was also very good in responding to our request. Location is perfect, close walking to major attractions, public transportation, and many restaurants.”

“We stayed in the Hotel Intercontinental so we could enjoy Vivid, the Art Gallery and our beautiful city. We chose a room with high elevation for views of the opera house and harbour bridge. It was fantastic. The locality is perfect for the city and harbour, the Botanic Gardens, great restaurants, the NSW Art gallery , all within easy walking distance. We had a marvelous few days and we’re very appreciative of the early check in they allowed us. The interiors and comfort of the room were excellent. Would go again. It is pricey but worth the treat.”

“Great location. rooms are clean but slightly old, with older mattresses. Lift is terrifying - loud noises ! All in all standard get what you paid for, good for work trips. Will stay again.”

“I travelled to Sydney due to my daughters eye surgery. I got a very special welcome and an upgrade for us to be able to be nicely comfortable. The staff members were superb friendly and courteous. I needed a quiet and peaceful stay to care for my daughter. The place was immaculate clean, and quiet. I was never bother. I will recommend this Hotel 100%. I am so glad that I pick this holt. Excellent services and great for the price.”

“This is literally an all in one spot, excellent choices for food in the restaurants and eateries on the main floor. It has a nice and spacious gambling floor. The staff is nice and friendly and the price for drinks aren't too costly. The actual hotel room was neat and tidy and if I can I would stay there again.”

“I travel to Sydney from interstate often and I have stayed at many places in the area. This hotel has become my favourite . Parking is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy and the bathroom is bigger than most in this price bracket. They have regular shuttles in well kept modern vehicles that go to and from the airport regularly.”

“Didn’t stay in the hotel but attended events at the Terrace and Shutters. Staff were great, attentive and friendly. Good food for a crowd (fish and cauliflower tacos were great) and nice views.”

“Stayed in this hotel for just one night and the service that I received was outstanding. Neville on reception got me a room early which was so welcome after my 30hr journey from the U.K. Neville also helped with baggage storage and local advice. The room was great, very clean and tidy, and the overall experience was incredibly good. Breakfast isn’t in the hotel, but available from the food court attached to the hotel.”

“I did not stay at the hotel. However, I was lost and searching for my hotel as my phone had died after flying in from overseas. The amazing staff were incredibly friendly and were able to charge my phone so I could find my way. These people know what customer service is! If this is how they treat non-guests then you're in for a special treat when you stay here. I will be staying here in the future when traveling. 6 stars!”

“Look it’s not 5 star but it’s 5 star for what it claims to be. A reasonably priced place in Bankstown. No restaurant was a drawback as I stayed a week but quickly found a number of options within 300 metres so it was fine. The rooms are compact but I wasn’t missing anything. Water took a while to heat in the shower but honestly that’s the only fault. It was clean and well presented.”

“I found this hotel was excellent with customer service, food, and accommodation. I was up from Melbourne for a funeral and every aspect of accommodation, food and customer service was fantastic. I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the funeral and wanted to explore Cronulla beaches which are very close by. I couldn't fault my stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend Caringbah hotel for accommodation and fantastic bistro.”

“Nice hotel close to Sydney Airport. Facilities are modern and clean. Not to much disturbance/noise from the airport. Breakfast hours could improve, opens 06:30. Our flight left early and we didn't get info on breakfast box to go. Would choose to stay here again anytime.”

“Curious story, was looking to sit down at a casual and cozy spot at the Kings Cross but not a massive hotel or anywhere loud. Found the Holiday Inn and instantly liked the neatness, staff service and the food and bev satisfied. Immediate and attentive service got my attention and I recommend this place to friends and fam looking for a bite, a room and just a chill moment. Appreciate the budget menu too. Boyfriend was happy with it. Thank you, holiday Inn.”

“Excellent food, excellent service, excellent prices. Wonderful staff who are incredibly friendly and attentive. Nice classic slice of heaven in Sydney, and absolutely perfect across the board. Could not recommend this place enough if you're in the mood for a country pub taste hidden in Sydney. Food was prompt, hot, and delicious - as were the drinks. We ordered a double beef and bacon (tasty and juicy), a classic fish and chips (fresh and crispy) and a bangers and mash (tastes just like home, but better.) Overall experience was incredibly pleasant and absolutely perfect.”
