“My husband , took in this morning, for the first time here our 8yr old staffie & our 8 mth old puggle . They were both showered , shampooed & blow dried. We are over the moon with the service, from start to finish . They were very friendly & lovely with our dogs, they put them both at ease . Both our dogs look very clean & smell gorgeous now . “Betty and Peggy are my miniature poodles that have always will been groomed by Emma, there is no one I would trust more with my girls. Not only does she provide an excellent service for both the dog she grooms and their owner, the girls come home with a perfect groom and this is shown by Emma’s absolute love and passion for dogs and her unbelievable talent in grooming. She treats your dog as she would her own which is not something that can be found easily. ❤️”

“My wife takes our Cavapoo Freddie to Jody and he can be a bit anxious and not the easiest dog in the world to groom but he always comes back looking and smelling amazing. Jody is always very patient and gentle with Freddie and would recommend here 100%.”

I gather he was an absolute menace but he left looking beautiful, happy and clearly had a good time with the groomer which is absolutely crucial to those first grooms. He wasn't cooperating with a few points he hadn't quite been desensitised too, so they skipped those steps for the most part which I do appreciate, these things take time and practice! Thanks!”

“The only place my 3 dogs will have their nails cut. I have 2 lurchers and anyone familiar with the breed knows they are lanky, skittish drama queens. The staff are pretty much unflappable and will do their best to fit you in as soon as possible. Nails can usually be done the same day if you call ahead and we've never had an issue with quicks even with our miniature dachshund's jet black nails. Full grooms are a bit expensive but always good, I recommend the paw and nose treatment. My girl gets terribly dry paw-pads (she runs like lightning for long periods of time and punishes her paws daily)and they always feel soft and nourished when she's had this treatment. The seasonal specials are good value especially the winter ones. Well worth the price. If you are a VIP card member you get some good discount codes and exclusives. Recommended!”

She and her team liaised with the family and neighbours and gave us daily updates including pictures of the dogs. The team really cared for the dogs and adapted to their needs. “I took Tilly here after a bad experience in Whitchurch because she was too hairy (retriever). Interaction was great and Tilly responded affectionately. When I collected her she was dry, nicely trimmed, and all fluffy which lasted a few weeks....would 100% recommend”

“We took our 10 month old puppy this evening to the outdoor field. We would definitely recommend! A very clean and well organised set up with separate entrance and exit to the field. The field had lovely views to enjoy while puppy could run around freely and play fetch. Also a very warm welcome upon arrival.”
