He explained everything thoroughly to us prior to surgergy showing xrays etc. Our Barney Bubbles has a few problems but Ed and all the staff at Shrewsbury including reception were wonderful with him. The parking lot is very small so i suggest parking at Morrisons & walking over, but definitely recommend them for their excellent care.”

“Five days ago we dropped our 3 dogs off at The Grange Boarding Kennels. It was a first for us and them too. We kept in touch to make sure they were all ok. Staff were very helpful and good at keeping us upto date on how they were doing. We collected them this morning. .They looked relaxed and had enjoyed there stay. “Took our boys here yesterday, they had the best time. Lots of things to sniff and play with and space for our speedy Viz to run safely. The agility jumps/weaves were an added bonus for us to try out new things. A great secure field for training our nervous dog who was able to totally relax!”

“Wow after, a frantic Saturday morning phone call blue house got in in at 12 o'clock. Kiaser was in no mood yo be examined so was given pain killers. The vet on duty was, amazing. On Mon our return to have said toe nail removed was stressful. But James made our experience 100% stress free. Definitely recommend this vets. Thank you all”

“It's my first time visiting this vets and what a refreshing change. All the staff are really friendly and made a big fuss of my dog. The vet took time to explain my dogs problem and didn't push unnecessary drugs on him. The surgery is bright, clean and very welcoming. My dog even featured on the Facebook page. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this vets practice. They were also very reasonably priced. Overall definitely 5 stars.”

“Best vets in Congleton. I moved to them prior to an operation after being misinformed by another vets who couldn't do the procedure required. Part of a larger chain, there is always an option to refer to the other surgeries. Staff at Congleton are young, fresh and extremely professional. After spaying my dog recovered in no time leaving no visible scar. They are also very responsive to emergency appointments and call you back when they promise to do so. Excellent team, highly recommended.”

Apart from caring for our own dog and 3 cats, they took in without hesitation a friends dog that I was looking after even though she was not registered with them.
