"Horrible experience, Brian Lee is just lazy.! Had a blow out and a piece of tire got stuck in between the drum and the frame and they told me they couldn’t take it out cause they weren’t mechanics so they put my blown tire back on and told me they couldn’t do nothing about it.. I got out of the bay, I parked and I had to get under and take the piece out so they could change the tire, I got back in the bay and now another excuse, that he couldn’t mount the tire and they were going to put my old tire back on.. Finding Excuses because they are just too lazy to work.."

"Terrible service, every time you come to do a DOT inspection at Love's they are never available, in this location they tell me that you have to wait 2, 3 or more hours for a simple DOT inspection of the trailer, what a lack of respect on the part of The owners of the Love's company are mainly responsible for this poor service."

"They were great to be honest, their pricing were affordable got 3 air bags couple of trailer valves, paid less than $1000 i think they are very reasonable shop. Alpine logistics"
