"Brought in a huge basket containing boutique clothing tops, some SHEIN branded items, dresses, KanKan, MissMe, and Buckle jeans/shorts. FOLDED NICELY. FRESHY WASHED. FAIRLY NEW. They took two things. $6.25 I was offered, when I was looking at the racks I thought to myself they would sure buy over 90% of what I have brought. When I received my basket back, the top was messy not folded, just thrown on top. Walked out pretty disappointed, and got home tonight to realize they never even went through the whole basket. Waste of time don’t bother giving them your business."

"If you wanna waste your time, take your clothes here. Brought in short dresses (that they said they wanted), lululemon leggings, fabletic leggings, VS secret stuff with tags on them, ton of stuff and they did not take ONE THING. Claimed “similar styles went on clearance” and “little wear” as most of it was NEW.. give me a break. I could easily sell these myself and get more money for them. Shoulda read the ratings for this place before I went, 10000% accurate."

"Was going to bring some high end items to this place on my trip to Sioux Falls this week but honestly after reading all the reviews on how they passed on a lot of people's clothes or gave them very little. I have decided not to waste my time with them. Thank you to those who took the time to do a review about your experience with this store. You not only educated me on them but saved me time & a waste of effort. However I did find it funny that the owner commented on positive reviews & not on any negative ones. I would think if it was my store I would be just as concerned if not more about my unhappy customer & how i could possibly correct the issues if there was a way just as much as the happy ones."

"very old clothes in store ,I went there with a big bag of clothes, they dont accept all my clothes and told me thats too old , I do put.some used clothes in it, but some of clothes in the bag has been never wear banana republic ,zara ,tablots. Dont understand why these girls said that, These clothes r much newer compare to clothes in the store. I would not visit this store any more."

"FAKE NAME BRANDS BE AWARE They sell fake name brands. Just bought a pair of viper sunglasses thinking they were real, got in my car and realized they were fake. The serial number was printed on the front of the lenses where the real ones have it printed on the right inner ear along with a code. Literally had the worker argue with me where she was telling me they got it straight from the manufacturer. I’m not sure which manufacturer they get it from but it’s fake. I even pulled up the website and showed it to her where they show you how to spot a scam. She called the manager in front of me, still wouldn’t admit I was right and finally refunded me."
