"Outstanding service. I’m in South Carolina on vacation and keep my boat on the lake down here. Had engine problems on day 3 of vacation, so I called JC Sports, the local Malibu dealer. Towed the boat to them yesterday afternoon and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in addition to addressing a couple of warranty issues and even brought the trailer tire pressure up to specs in less than 24 hours! Back on the water and boat running better than it has in years. Can’t say enough about what a great dealership this is. They definitely expedited the service on my boat to minimize the impact on our vacation. When I’m ready to buy a new wakeboat, I will definitely be getting it from JC Sports!"

They have gone out of their way several times to help us with a used Axis we bought from someone. Will, the service manager, is the best service manager I have ever dealt with from a boat, car, or motorcycle dealer. So friendly and always looking to help.
