"i went here last week for targeted massage in my back. i was having constant pain and soreness in my shoulder blades. during the massage he did such a good job, i could physically feel the knots releasing and pain going away. its been a week since and it hasn't came back at all!! im pain free. will 100% be coming back in the future if needed. great place and friendly staff! thank you so much!"

"I made an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed. Well I was not able to make the appointment so I called and cancelled it. Low and behold I looked at my credit card statement and noticed a charge from Massage Envy for $44.00. Mind you I would never pay $44.00 to have my eyebrows waxed. So I called back and they said because you cancelled we had to charge your card. How did you get my card? I never gave my card to anyone when I made the appointment. Why was I not told about a fee if you're not able to make your appointment. ok so I am trying to tell them that none of this was told to me so I should get a refund. They stated it's there policy ok if so why don't your employees let your customers know about this. Please do not do business with a company that don't let their customers know their policy."
"The first professional massage I’ve had an I joined to come once a month. The clerk at first desk was very nice. She told me after 3 months if I don’t like it I can cancel. So far I believe this is going to benefit me. My massage done by Daviah was awesome. She relaxed all my muscles"
