"I love the private balcony tucked in the mature live oak trees. Sunny and 60s in January, I can't wait to stay here in the summer. One block off the beach and 4 blocks from Village with unique and memorable restaurants. Seagrove 307 is spacious and comfy. Oh! They have 3 bikes to use for FREE!"

"This oceanfront condo was perfect for our small family vacation! The condo is conveniently located right next to the banana boat/parasailing dock. I have rented many condos and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this unit. Not only was our rental unit exceptionally clean, but it was updated and cared for. It truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the heated hot tub, the indoor pool, the workout equipment, and the outdoor grill! Some other accommodations worth mentioning were the elevators, spacious covered parking, and plenty of dishes and towels! We also appreciated the door lock code compared to lugging keys around. Our host, Matt was available and responded immediately to my questions. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, clean, modernized unit with a perfect oceanfront view."
"I don't usually write reviews buy this place was awesome. The location was great. The view was great. It was very clean and was stocked with everything that we needed. My whole family enjoyed the weekend.. There are banana boat rides and parisailing right in front of the condo. It was fun to watch them. We rode the banana boat and had a blast. Really good place. I would rent it again. Also they were quick to answer any questions that i had. Thanks for a special weekend."
"Things that need improvement like cleaning top of refrigerator, fix smoke alarms, better cookware, better towels very ruff, better pool control. The room decor could use improvement. I could go on, but other than the size of room not bad. A little pricey considering next hotel next door was cheaper."
