"It was easy to set up an appointment on line. It was a short wait when I checked in And the Nurse was friendly and helpful. I appreciated not having to wait to get test results as I would have at an Ugent Care Clinic."

"If I could give them zero stars, I would! I went in for a COVID Test when I was having stomach flu and stomach pain issues....just to make sure it wasn't a weird form of COVID I was told that the testing was free. I get a bill via email, so I call them and explain this was supposed to be free. The woman told me that I am being charged for a step test. I told her that I was never tested for strep! She said that there is no guarantee that I will be created after my account is renewed. I told her that I am not paying for something that I never had done!! I asked her if I will get a call when my account is updated. She said I have to call back in 3-5 days. WTH!!! I told her that I am working and I don't have much time to call them and why can't they call me. "Sorry, you have to call them so they can tell you your results." All this after it took her two times to verify my information. Not happy at all!!"

"I came to the minute clinic, because I thought I had bronchitis. Kelly and Katrina met and exceeded my expectations on my first time to a MinuteClinic. During check-in I was asked by Katrina about allergies. People typically react the same and not take my strawberry allergy seriously, but Katrina did. This resulted in me making discoveries about my allergy I never realized. Kelly and Katrina both gave me such helpful advice. Their demeanor was very caring and kind. I felt very comfortable sharing my health concerns and felt like they genuinely listened to my concerns. They made my experience above and beyond expectation. They are the only reasons I will definitely be back!"

"Unbelievably bad! I was there 09/27/23 with a foot/ ankle injury. I arrived while they were on lunch break, so I had to wait. No problem, I was willing to wait as I was in pain and could not walk. Once they returned neither acknowledged me in waiting area. One worked on tasks the other went into a room, both avoided eye contact with me. I had to leave and go to another urgent care center. No words to express how remarkably bad the service/ care was. If you need care I suggest going somewhere else . Merit zero stars."

"I was seen at this minute clinic yesterday for minor complications. The nurse, sweet, asked plenty of questions, has great bedside manner. Her assistant, rude, standoffish and probably shouldn't work with the public. The eye rolling and overall attitude for me was a bit much. If you're sick, maybe not choose this location. If you're going for a physical and just want to be get in and out, this location is probably better suited for your needs."
