"Very shocked as the way I was treated when I went into this store. Never again will I do business with them. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Everything I have ever had repaired there I always had to take it back several times. Never repaired correctly and this last experience I purchased a 2,000 diamond and the entire top broke off only wore 6months. They would not stand behind their product as it was a poor design to begin with. Fortunately & Luckily my daughter in law found the diamond."
"This was my first time in their store, I went to pick up a necklace for my husband that he had dropped off for repair. While I was there, I saw all the beautiful estate jewelry that they had, and I really loved a diamond anniversary band that they had on display. I went home, talked to my husband, and went back to the store 2 days later and the ring was already sold! Donna had been helping me and she said she’d be on the lookout for something similar…she contacted me the next day about another ring that they just got in- I loved it more than the original one that I saw!
