"I can't rate higher than 5 stars and that makes me sad. I looked Carolina Green Steam up online, sent an email, and got a very quick response and appointment. I needed my couches cleaned because they're old and to me had a scent. Just like a stuffy house type of scent. I have shampooed them myself many times, but they needed some special care. I noticed the difference as soon as I walked through the door! I'm now looking for other things that Carolina Green Steam can come out to clean! "Very happy with the experience we had with Carolina Green Steam! They were prompt with communication, provided updated when on their way, they were quick but thorough, and our carpets look great! We moved in recently and the family before us had two dogs that clearly had accidents that had been cleaned up a while before and all signs of them are gone. "Nicholas was right on time, extremely professional, and got the job done quick! The whole house smelled clean after our couch and rug were cleaned! Our couch is massive so I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as time and getting it deeply cleaned but it looks and smells incredible, those impossible little stains are gone and the entire job took about an hour and a half start to out the door!"
