"Stop at the store at Jan 30th @ 3:15 the door was lock. The sign on the door stated I will return in 15 mins. The 30 mins I was waiting 6 more people had went to the door and left.. I’m going to another shop on Rivers.."

"I would leave negative stars if I could! I've been coming to this shop for quite awhile now, in fact it's been the only vape shop I go to. Yesterday I was sold 2 cartridges, when I got home one of them fell apart before I even had a chance to use it. I brought it back today and was told they can't exchange it. I was told I should've been told to try it before I left. But I wasn't told that, so I didn't. "Oh... well, sorry." They refuse to exchange it. So I asked when the owner would be in, and I was sent to the store next door to ask for him. The guy next door says he's in another city at another store, tell the first guy to call him. So I did, and they still refuse to exchange it. A $35 faulty cartridge was sold to me, which I didn't try before I left because THEIR employee didn't do his job, but that's too bad for me??? Amazing customer service you provide here. Time to find a new shop..."
