Most technicians would recommend a leak test or new system installation. I authorized him to top off my refrigerant. During the refill process the technician noticed the leak was coming from the service valves being loose. He fix the valves and refilled the system. Saved me thousands by being honest."
"JAC Services is top notch from their office staff to their technicians. I have a rental unit that I had the entire unit replaced. The owner, Tommy was crawling under the house and assisting in the installation. They were quick and reliable and cost was comparable to other companies. I also fell victim to a faulty coil from a Lennox unit at my personal residence. Ally helped me navigate the warranty process and we were within 4 days of the warranty, thank goodness. It's always nice to have a copy on speed dial that you know you can call at a moments notice and trust they are going to take care of you and lessen your worries."
