"The new Chicken Parmesan Meatball sub is scrumptious! Loved the cheese, the bread, toasted just right. ..hope it sticks around and is a keeper. I'm not a big sub eater, but the times I have gotten one here has never disappointed ...Love the Hook and Ladder, Turkey subs, too. Friendly staff..I love ordering ahead online and picking up, have used delivery as well. Good selection of crisp chips, cookies, and brownies, too."
"I always get the brisket sub and it's usually very good but this time it looked like it had no meat on it and drier than usual but I made it work because everyone has one. My daughters ham and cheese sub was good and made perfectly.I would go back"
"I understand it's hard to find workers, and I appreciate that they're hiring special needs people, but maybe don't put all 5 of them on staff at once on a Saturday night at 8pm without competent help. took an hour and a half for a online order to be ready, when i arrived, 30 minutes after my order, i was one of two customers there. Not blaming the kids, blaming poor management."
"There shouldn't be juveniles working in the restaurant. There were 2 young boys and a young lady with an afro staring and laughing at us and not serving customers in a timely manner. They were very unprofessional and the customers complained about waiting for 20 minutes after customers came in after them. There was not a manager watching over them and something needs to be done about the lack of professionalism in this restaurant.That is not good for business! I'm very disappointed with the service we received at this location. They're gonna lose business after today if this type of behavior continues."
"This Firehouse Subs location was full of friendly staff. They had great sandwiches with a minimal wait time. I’m from Seattle and these sandwiches tastes fresher and we’re made with more care than at my local Firehouse Sub at home. My coworkers ate lunch here two days in a row."
