Shonda at the reception welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service by answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. I highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Myrtle Beach. It's right on the oceanfront."

"We spent a month at the Royale Palms and had a great stay. Tammie, head of housekeeping services, was great ! If we needed anything during our stay, she made it happen. My mom was quilting, which got thread and fabric all over the floor, and Tammie hand delivered a vacuum when we asked for one. Victor, who is head of Maintenance, was really outstanding as well. Our fridge was malfunctioning in the condo, and Victor got a new fridge ordered and installed within days. The staff brought up a small fridge and found an empty condo to store food in until the new fridge arrived. Daquan, the front desk manager, was very responsive in getting my food receipts to give to Joanne and Kat so that we could get reimbursed. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. We will definitely be back !!"

"I stayed here in July of 2023. I had a great time in Myrtle Beach. I loved that I had access to 2 other hotel with amenities. But my stay here wasn't that pleasant. The TV in the room was old; the picture on the screen was dark. I couldn't fix and neither could the hotel maintenance. Later on that night when I came back in the room the connecting door to the other room was unlocked (before I left the room it was locked). The second day when I came back from my outing, I could not get inside my room. So I went to the front desk to get a new key. The new key didn't work. So maintenance was called and they found a hairpin inside the keyhole slot. Someone deliberately put a hairpin in the lock. After this I was scared to go to sleep. I put the safety lock on and checked the connecting door, to make sure that it was locked. I also put a chair by this door. This made my stay unpleasant and uncomfortable! Then when I went to the elevator the next day, I saw a man with a hair pin in his hand (which made me think he did it). Maybe my stay would have been better, if I had a room at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort hotel. I will never stay at this condominium again!"

"My husband and I genuinely did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. The heater in our room did not work, the electricity in our bathroom did not work, the bed sheets felt like sandpaper so we ended up putting our emergency sleeping bag on the bed and sleeping inside of that. The pillows were honestly as hard as rocks so we couldn’t use those either, the sliding glass door didn’t lock and would slide open so cold air was constantly coming into the room, and every time we called the front desk there was no answer. We expected to have an incredible time at this hotel but honestly we were so happy to come home. Even though it was freezing we did walk around the pools and went down to the beach. The location was gorgeous and looks like it would be fun during the summer, but to be honest the cons outweigh the pros so we’d rather find the view elsewhere."

"Natalie, the front desk receptionist, was amazing. We cannot say enough good things about her. She greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. The kind of smile you get from family. She was extremely professional in the way she checked us in. She carefully explained the resort and amenities at the other locations and made sure we understood our perks and benefits for staying at the Hilton for the weekend. She went the extra mile to give us local recommendations that catered to our tastes. This shows how great of a listener she is. My wife and I travel a lot, and she is by far the best receptionist we have ever come across. Natalie is exemplary in delivering excellent customer service and it is clear that she knows her stuff. Other notable Hilton staff: Rochelle, Lisa, Rhonda, and Will. They were great as well. We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton and would recommend."
