"I have a gripe, not with the company, but one of their agents, Amber Ficklin. I was in the process of getting documents signed and putting in an offer for a condo I was very interested in. She and the owners both knew this, yet, she made up something about a "master deed issue" in order to buy time for another person with a cash offer. She just wanted fast cash, plain and simple. That was an extremely underhanded move and a waste of my time. My agent found it to be just a trashy and I can only hope this behavior comes back to bite her."
