"I had a problem with a battery I had purchased and wasn't sure if it was still under warranty or not. I didn't have my receipt. The lady who was working the counter looked it up and confirmed it was under warranty and had me on my way quickly with a new one."

"My granddaughters car broke down (needed new battery) when she went in to see if someone could help she was rudely greeted by 2 ladies. Said they could not help her because a cover (1-screw) over part of the battery. I was just thinking maybe she was young and didn’t know what to say, when I got there I went in and immediately got the same reaction. I started out by saying hello and could I get the cost of a new battery for the car. OMG! I have never seen anyone with this little of customer service. Very Very Very rude lady. She told me that they couldn’t replace it…I asked if the battery wasn’t in stock, she said yes but we can’t replace it. I asked so your not going to sale me a battery? After rolling her eyes a few times at me she started spouting out prices. I told her to forget it that I would jump her car off and go down the road. She told me ok. Again the customer service of this Latino lady is unbelievable. My son in law arrived to jump car off and said that he had been treated the same way and he refuses to go there also. Again Advanced Auto you are loosing several customers due to this staff members bad behavior and not to mention the other lady sitting on the stool giggling about the situation."

"This is the only nearby auto parts store with Pennzoil Ultra Platinum. But...$45.00 for a 5 quart bottle. Tough to rationalize spending so much on this motor oil, though data shows it to be the best, and what's the cost of a new engine?"

"Came here not too long ago to buy a part I needed for my car. The part was incorrectly fit because the employee recommended the wrong product. Originally, I grabbed the right part but the employee said since there is no price on it I cannot buy it. I ended up going to Walmart which I should’ve done from the start. The employees here are genuinely incompetent and have been no help to me whatsoever since I started going here. I had to come back 30 minutes later to return it because HE recommended the wrong product and refused to sell me the one I needed. Horrible management and the place is dirty too. I would absolutely not come here again."

"Go somewhere else to get a car battery! I went to this store for a battery and the employee told me they did not have enough people working to install but to come back a certain time and they could do it. I came back when they said to but was told again I would need to come back the following day at a certain time when more people were working. On my third trip in to get the new battery I was told to come back in about 5 hours for more employees to be able to install....instead I went to a competitor and they had me fixed up in no more than 10 minutes."
